Every year at Christmas, the Postal Service receives millions of letters addressed to Santa Claus. Some ask for toys, many ask for help. We created a site that made it possible for people to adopt these letters online and a system that made it easy for people to team up, fulfill wishlists, and send gifts—all while protecting the privacy and safety of the letter writers.
